"I had never taken a fitness class, knew very little about how to exercise, and wasn't sure I could actually do it, so I was a little nervous when I decided to go for it and take classes with Lisa.  But, after just one of Lisa's classes I knew I had made a great decision. She is an amazing instructor.  First, she made sure to get to know me, to learn what I wanted to get out of the class, what my concerns were, etc.  During her classes she explains the reasons for each movement and how the movements are developing/increasing our abilities.  Lisa takes great care in addressing each participant's physical needs and modifies the movements so that everyone can participate at their own pace.
