​I was ready to make a change when the opportunity to work with Lisa presented itself. I knew I wanted to become strong, flexible, and physically healthy. Lisa listened to my story, my excuses, my struggles, my fears, my preferences, and my strengths and weakness, and she designed routines specific to accommodate all of those components. I truly believe that if not for Lisa, I would not have taken this step toward improved physical health, and with her guidance and encouragement, I will go into this next decade in better physical health than i have had for years.

Lisa and her skills as a personal trainer were just what my 13 years old daughter needed. My daughter is a dancer and a recent physical revealed the cause of her low back pain to be a pronounced arch in her low back. We are happy to report after eight sessions, her episodes of low back pain are few and far between. Lisa was able to work collaboratively with a local Physical Therapist to oversee the evaluation of my daughter and the design and progression of the exercises  based on my daughter's progress.

I was an active outdoor enthusiast for many years but had to admit that my current lifestyle was far too sedentary with too many hours spent at the computer. This, combined with bone density exam results that weren't pleasing, motivated me to find a personal trainer to meet my needs. Lisa immediately began research to find the best training for me, and she worked with me and my medical program. I am now doing exercises that are very suitable for me. They aren't exhausting, they are realistic, and I can incorporate them into my busy professional schedule.
